Nicholas D. Zajac was arraigned today at the Portage County Court of Common Pleas.

His bail was set at $50,000.

Zajac, 20, of 202 S. Lincoln Street, the Delta Upsilon house, is charged with felonious assault for his involvement in an incident Halloween weekend.

According to witnesses, Dana Lim, 25, of Parma was pushed into a moving tow truck. He then fell and was run over by the truck’s back tires.

Zajac is being represented by Cleveland attorney Ronald Frey.
