The CCI Commons Computer Lounge on the third floor of Verder Hall will open tomorrow at 10 a.m.

Marianne Warzinski, CCI Commons program coordinator, said guests will meet in the first floor Verder lounge and head upstairs together for the ribbon cutting. All College of Communication and Information students and faculty are invited to attend.

Because the lab is in a residence hall, Warzinski said only CCI Commons members who live in Verder will have access to it.

The lab has three iMac computers with 24-inch monitors and a video editing station. Warzinski said she plans to get more computers in the future, but that depends on how often students use the lab.
