Democratic candidate Ted Strickland and Republican candidate Ken Blackwell will face off on the issue of education in today’s gubernatorial debate in Cleveland.

The debate will be the second of four between Congressman Strickland and Blackwell, currently Ohio’s secretary of state. Set to take place at noon, the debate will be moderated by NewsChannel5’s Ted Henry. It will air live at noon on ABC — Time Warner Cable Channel 11.
