Reduced-price books from University Press on sale this weekend in Lowry Hall

The Kent State University Press’ annual Holiday Book Sale starts this weekend.

The sale will be held today from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The inexpensive prices make this sale a great place to look for holiday gifts, said a Brett Neff University Press marketing representative. Anyone can stop by and browse through the hundreds of titles available.

Overstocked and slightly damaged books will cost $5 or less. New titles will be 25 percent off, according to a press release.

“A book is a great gift because it will last forever,” Neff said. “It’s a gift you can open more than once.”

The sale will be held in room 307 of Lowry Hall. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.
