Every two minutes, someone in the United States is sexually assaulted, according to RAINN.org.

This April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Kent State’s Center for Sexual and Relationship Violence Support Services is recognizing it with several events.

During the month of April, the center will host 11 different events, from informational booths to a fashion show. All these events aim to spread awareness and empower victims of sexual assault.
