CEBI to host seventh annual Entrepreneurship Extravaganza

Kent State’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation will host its seventh annual two-day Entrepreneurship Extravaganza starting at 8:30 a.m. in the Student Center.

The Entrepreneurship Extravaganza gives students, community members and entrepreneurs resources to have successful entrepreneurial careers.

The College of Business Administration’s website said those who participate will gain:

• Toolkit of resources and ideas to start entrepreneurship ventures

• An opportunity to network with successful entrepreneurs

• Professional contacts

The event will host four speakers, including Kathryn Wilson, interim dean of the College of Business Administration; Julie Messing, executive director of entrepreneurship initiatives; Nobby Lewandowski, motivational speaker; and Jeff Hoffman, co-founder of Priceline.com.

Participants can choose which parts of the event they would like to attend. The event is free and open to the public.
