Student for Justice in Palestine hosted a candlelight vigil to honor the 10,000 Palestinians who have lost their lives in the last month in Gaza due to the war between Israel and Palestine. Students gathered to pray and honor the victims of the war with poems and speeches shared by former and current students. The goal of the vigil was not only to pray but to inform the Kent State Community about the current war in Palestine. TV2’s Erin Sullivan was at the vigil and has the story.
