Tomorrow brings the 8th annual Kent Blues Fest back to town.

The all-day festival features 26 artists performing at 21 venues across the city.

Performances start at 3 p.m. at Bent Tree Coffee Roasters on North Water Street, and artists will perform at the many venues until around 1 a.m.

The festival is primarily for blues music, but other genres to be represented will include folk, zydeco, classic rock, and country.

Sponsors of the fest are Wayside Furniture, Hungry Howie’s Pizza, and Huntington Bank, to name a few.

The festival is presented by Crooked River Fine Arts Council, a Kent-based nonprofit organization.
