StringZ & WingZ in Streetsboro will be hosting “Cage Madness 21,” a semi-pro amateur fight featuring undefeated fighters Nick Kohr and Jabril Patterson, July 28 at 7 p.m.

Between 10 and 12 fights will be scheduled throughout the night. Bill Thompson, who goes by “Chef Bill,” said because the fight is sanctioned and includes a cage, EMS, doctors, police and judges will be present.

This is the first time a cage fight will be featured at StringZ & WingZ, Thomspon said.

Nick Kohr, a fighter in the co-main event, is a local favorite, Thompson said. Steve Ganzhorn, another fighter in the event, is from Aurora.

Thompson said he is expecting a minimum of 750 people to attend.

Another local favorite, Champ Singer, will be singing the national anthem, Thompson said.

Tickets are $20 presale and $25 the day of the fight.

StringZ & WingZ also hosts banquets, charity benefits, art shows and concerts.

“We have a setup where we can do pretty much anything here,” Thompson said.

StringZ & WingZ is located at 1543 State Route 303 in Streetsboro.
