Apple, Inc. announced the release of the iPhone 4S earlier today.

The new generation will include a voice-recognition feature, an 8-megapixel camera, increased battery life and an A-5 processor.

In addition to the Verizon and AT&T service providers, the iPhone 4S will now be available on the Sprint network.

The phone will hit the market October 14, and will start at $200.
