Extended hours at the library went into effect Monday in anticipation of finals week, and will remain in effect until next week.

The library will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 3 a.m. the following morning through finals except for Friday and Saturday, when the library will close at 8 p.m.

In addition to later hours, the library will offer a “Stress-Free Zone” Dec. 8-10 between 3 and 5 p.m., where the library staff will provide free food and drinks. It will be located in Room 019 in the Main Library Building’s basement.
