Residents and businesses in Kent along portions of Main Street were without power as of 8 p.m. tonight. Power outages were reported at Pebblebrook Apartments and Holly Park apartments. Most of the corridor near Acme and Sheetz was also without power.

Earlier in the evening, power was out at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Main Street, but has since been restored. Power remained out at the intersection of Route 59 and Route 43 as of 8:15 p.m.

So far, areas near Summit Street and Route 261 still have power.
