A charity rock concert, presented by Sigma Tau Gamma, will be held in the Student Center Ballroom tomorrow.

“Rock Away Hunger” will present Kent bands Tropidelic and ATTICA and two other bands from Ohio, 80HD and the Crazy James Experience.

All the proceeds from the event will go to Kent Social Services.

Kyle Cigany, a member of Sigma Tau Gamma, said the brothers did research and found a significant amount of people in Kent are below the poverty level.

“We just wanted to provide food for those in need,” he said. “It’s helping the community.”

Doors open at 8:30 p.m. and the bands will go on at 9 p.m. Admission will be $5 at the door.
