To commemorate Constitution Day, Stephen Balch, president of the National Association of Scholars, will speak to students and faculty about the significance of the U.S. Constitution.

Balch will address why citizens should study the Constitution and its importance to society. He said he will focus on why the Constitution and our founding fathers are useful to Americans today.

“I’d like to keep my audience awake,” Balch said, chuckling. “I hope to say something of value.”

Balch will be in Room 317 of the Student Center from 4 to 5 p.m.
